1️⃣ - "I am applying for a good deed for a charity course called Stand Tall , it is a course ran by Abbeycroft leisure and Suffolk mind and help 11 to 19 year olds with mental wellbeing and excercise! It is a brilliant course that helps kids build their self esteem and understanding their feeling better! My son attended this and it has helped him stop self harming and built his confidence ten fold!"

2️⃣ - "We would absolutely love it if you could help us. The Howard and Mildenhall Estates hosted a Giant Sale Trail earlier this month to raise money for a good cause to to help bring positivity and a good sense of community spirit to the area. We had over 115 stall holders taking part and we raised approx £200. We currently are running an online poll on Facebook to determine what the funds raised should be spent on and at present we have a clear lead on organising CPR classes and know how instructions how to operate a mobile defibrillator to be accessed by all residents on both estates. I have dialated cardiomyopathy and am in stage 3 heart failure and am fortunate to have an ICD. Since my diagnosis last year, I have realised just how few people know what to do in the event of an emergency life saving situation. I am hugely passionate about increasing awareness in how to perform CPR. I've recently learnt that we do have a defibrillator located on the estate but feedback from residents suggests not many people.would be confident in using it should the need arise. I would really love to organise some CPR classes but need help in where to book such classes and to fund them if neccessary. If you could help us, I would be so very grateful to you as would all of the residents on both of our estates. Everyone needs to learn this essential and vital life skill. If you feel this would qualify as one of your good deeds, we would be absolutely thrilled. Many many thanks. Gratefully yours".

3️⃣- "I would like to nominate The Jessica Barber Academy of Dance!! I was diagnosed last year with stage 4 non hodgkins lymphoma, it was a real shock. My daughter dances at this school, not only did Miss Jessica fundraise for me and my daughter but her school organised a fundraiser in the Arc for Lymphoma Action, where they raised a whopping 2,500 approx to go towards this cancer charity. There were kids from 4 up to 17 taking part. The Jessica Barber Academy of Dance is constantly fundraising, there was a clubathon for cancer 3 years ago, another night time glow in the Arc 2 years ago where money was raised again. I feel they deserve something as they go above and beyond wherever possible in the community".

4️⃣ - "We are a voluntary association of amateur astronomers who as part of their constitution undertake regular outreach work for free for groups of all ages including schools, scouting groups, WI, and other community groups. Last week we ran a workshop for free for Suffolk Science Week at The Guildhall which attracted 140 visitors and delivered talks at the Bury Library. In addition we are restoring the historic Victorian observatory and telescope atop the Athenaeum building. We rely on voluntary contributions for educational and promotional materials to raise awareness and deliver improved presentations to community groups. If we are selected it would be fabulous to use any prize towards this ongoing aim. Our website is . Thank you"
