Situated in the Public Toilet block, off Hanchett Square, there are two toilets both operated by RADAR key. Access is also available by pressing the intercom button to the right of the entrance door. One toilet is standard disabled, the other is a High Dependency Unit (HDU), complete with hoist and changing bed. Both toilets have emergency assistance alarms. Opening times are generally 07.00am to 18.30pm.
Baby changing facilities can be found in the public toilets located just off Hanchet Square also. Walk in between New Look and Debenhams to access them.What access is available to the centre for disabled customers or families with pushchairs?
All areas of the centre have wheelchair access via level surface or specifically designed ramps. The main arc car park is completely level surface, meaning easy access from all points into the centre. One public access lift is available from the basement car park, up to ground floor mall area and to the Apex. You cannot hire wheelchairs or self-drive scooters from the centre, but there is a Shopmobility Centre situated within The Apex public building.
