Easter Sunday is almost here and kids everywhere are looking forward to their annual Easter egg hunt. After all, with so much that has changed recently, Easter egg hunts are one thing that can stay the same. They are perfect for keeping your little ones entertained, taking place in the home or in the garden (depending on what you have access to) with no need to buy anything - you can simply use what you already have!
Now we know that you parents have had to have your creative heads on a lot recently. So, just in case those creative juices are drying up, here’s some fabulous ideas on creating an epic Easter egg hunt…
CLUES, CLUES AND MORE CLUES
Make them as easy or as complicated as you like! Here’s some examples:
“This egg never remembers to flush!”
“Egg, egg, on the wall, who’s the chocolatiest of them all”
DECORATE WITH SIGNS
Grab some pens and paper and start creating signs to put up around your house! And if you’re feeling super arty, you could even decorate your walls with Easter themed pictures.
THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX...OR INSIDE!
Don’t choose obvious hiding spots, the Easter egg hunt will finish too quickly! Put them inside boxes, or underneath cushions, and spread them far and wide (or as far as is safe to).
We hope that’s given you some inspiration. Now, hop to it, and have fun!
