Byron have been busy preparing their new menu; reinventing old favourites, reworking staple Byron classics and of course, developing brand new recipes!

To create the new, they first needed to explore the best of the best – and that meant travelling to the USA - from the best buns in town to the crispiest chicken and the sweetest desserts... it was a hard job, but someone had to do it!

Their trip inspired many of the new products you’ll see on the autumn menu, such as theall-American custard tart; the Vanilla Chess Pie - served with whipped cream and caramel Bulleit bourbon sauce.

There’s also been one original VIP (very important product) that you’ve been pleading to them to bring back. So, after all the surveys, reviews and customer prayers, they are excited to FINALLY present you with the return of the once gone but never forgotten, SKIN ON FRIES!

The in-house Byron sauce has been tweaked to pack more flavour; simply perfectfor The New Byron. The vibe was to keep the Byron flavours, but turbo charge them. So, the Byron sauce has a little more bite and they have added Byron cheese! DELICIOUS

Amongst the new arrivals is my favourite, the Bulleit Bourbon Smokey, heavily inspired by their trip to Kentucky – the home of Bulleit bourbon and great BBQ flavours. Think smoky BBQ, bourbon depth, creamy housemade ranch dressing, crunchy slaw, a Bourbon glazed patty, melted Cheddar, bacon and gently spiced fried Jalapenos - all perfectly balanced to give you what we think is the ULTIMATE BBQ burger. Be warned, it could get messy.
