Christmas at Byron Burger

It’s nearly upon us, the most wonderful time of the year… Christmas! The Byron Burger development team have been busy working away in the kitchen, creating the most festive menu yet. From chestnut & sage stuffing to bread sauce mayonnaise, they have gone properly feastive at Byron this year would be an understatement! We all know that Christmas isn’t Christmas without those traditional festive flavours, and this year they have gone old school and supplied more than ever before.
Christmas to us is all about sharing and caring, so they have developed starters that are perfect for just that – is it even Christmas if you don’t indulge in Pigs in Blankets? They are serving the little lovelies with wholegrain mustard mayonnaise, for an extra kick to your dip. New Mac & Blue Cheese Christmas Baubles; another perfect sharer. These are their iconic Mac and Cheese balls jazzed up; drenched in rich blue cheese sauce and served with cranberry sauce and bacon. Not forgetting their festive vegan salad, the Superfood Grain Salad; think butternut squash, pomegranate, quinoa and mixed seeds for a lighter choice.
For the main event, they have developed three burger extravaganzas exclusively for Christmas. The All Hail the Turkey burger combines chestnut & sage stuffing, with buttermilk-fried turkey and bacon, soaked in cranberry sauce and dolloped with clove spiced, onion infused bread sauce mayonnaise. If THAT’S not enough, you can even add a jug of caramelised onion gravy for just £1 to submerge the masterpiece in.
For dessert, a creamy vanilla gingerbread Christmas milkshake, with the option to get extra festive and add a shot of Bulleit bourbon or rum! Seeing as it’s the season to get merry!
