This site’s history as a centre of trade stretches back almost 1,000 years. To recognise this heritage, the redevelopment’s new open streetscape and square have been inspired by the medieval street patterns found in Bury St Edmunds.
The new-mixed use development will effectively extend the existing town centre.
With the historic town centre to one side, and the town’s biggest car parks and ring road (Parkway) to the other, arc will be at the centre of everything going on in Bury St Edmunds.
